I hope you are all doing well. We are very excited to announce that planning is now underway for the next CCU-CSC National Executive Board (NEB) meeting being held in NANAIMO, BC March 2 and 3, 2024 at the Best Western Dorchester hotel.

Please be sure to confirm your room reservation using the link above on or before the cut-off date of JANUARY 27, 2024. Beyond Jan. 27, the booking system will automatically release rooms in the block that have not been reserved. Also, the Dorchester cannot guarantee room availability or the preferred room rate for late bookings.
The cancellation policy for each individual reservation is 7 days prior to the arrival date. N.B. Unless alternate arrangements are made PRIOR TO THE MEETING, ALL delegates and guests are responsible for their own room rental fees and/or ancillary charges.
Please avoid using third-party internet booking sites as the booking and contact information will not appear on our CCU reservation lists, which is needed for preparing meeting kits and catering.
