Dear CCU-CSC Delegates and Guests,
We are very excited to announce that planning is now underway for the next CCU-CSC Executive Board (EB) meeting being held in our Nation’s capital, OTTAWA, ON on February 11 & 12, 2023 at the Lord Elgin Hotel. (bring your woolies!)
Please be sure to confirm your reservation on or before the cut-off date of January 10th, 2023. Beyond January 10, the booking system will automatically release all of the rooms in the block that have not been reserved. Also, the Lord Elgin will not guarantee room availability, or the preferred room rate for late bookings.
Please do not use third-party internet booking sites as the booking will not appear on our reservation lists.

Please note that there is a 7 day cancellation policy for all reservations made under this group block. Any reservation that is changed or modified within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the original booking.
N.B. Unless alternate arrangements are made PRIOR TO THE MEETING, ALL delegates and guests are responsible for their own room rental fees and/or ancillary charges.
