The Public and Private Workers of Canada Local 8 and Lantic Inc, dba Rogers Sugar are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement, which recognizes our role in the success of the Company.
This Collective Agreement is a direct result of our members collective desire to support a growing demand, yet having a Collective Agreement that provides good, secure, family-supporting jobs for years to come, while prioritizing family time and work life balance.
The next step is to arrange a meeting with our members to review the tentative agreement, with a ratification vote to follow.
